2. Gymnastics Skills
Spend 10 minutes practicing pistols (regular, weighted, overhead barbell, overhead KB/DB, or what ever variation is challenging for you).

SESSION 2
1. Snatch Skills
work up to a heavy double snatch grip dead lift

2. Conditioning

Odd: 7 Deads at 65%
Even: 60 Double unders

3. Mid-Line Conditioning
For time:
25-20-15-10
Double Russian KBS, 1.5-pood/1-pood (KB in each hand, rep ends with arms above parallel to the ground).
